Love Tech for less, between all of my family members and friends we have purchased many many products from desktops, laptops, monitors, cameras, Ipod, mice, etc. While I love Tech for Less, don't waste your money on buying an extended warranty from CPS. I purchased my laptop from TFL, 2 months out a key came off, I took it back, NO QUESTIONS ASKED they replaced it with a better laptop with faster processor and more memory. I purchased the extended warranty, after a month the hard drive blew in the computer. It was a horrible nightmare dealing with CPS, finally after weeks they sent a shipping label for the laptop to be evaluated.
