A new type of glass eliminates the environmentally unfriendly materials found in traditional lenses. The ultrasonic motors incorporated into every N Series lens have been hand selected to deliver the highest torque, speed and accuracy possible. The N1 lets you switch between auto and manual focus at the push of a button. The system also allows manual focus assist in auto focus mode, as well as providing an option for auto focus assist in manual mode. In addition to manual focus mode, the N1 features a single AF mode that locks on the subject and continuous AF mode that continuously refocuses. Interchangeable focusing screens include a ground glass view (standard and grid screen) and a split-image focusing screen.
