All our account managers have a minimum of 5 years experience selling computer equipment Each is familiar with most legacy issues, upgrades and configuration problems that you may have.
If We Don't Have What You Are Looking For:
We have one of the largest stocking inventories of open&ndashbox, end–of–life, and refurbished computer equipment in the world. However, very often we don't have exactly what you are looking for. Please contact one of our Account Managers about your needs, and chances are we can find the item for you. Please take advantage of this offer. We think we know where just about every surplus computer related item is located. For your post–sales questions, it is best to start with your account manager. He or she will be able to address most of your concerns. Your calls can be escalated to one of our technicians, or your account manager may facilitate contacting the manufacturer about questions on any item that he or she cannot answer. You can also email your Account Manager and he or she will get back to you quickly. If you do not have an Account Manager, you can and a representative will contact you to resolve the issue.

What we buy:
We buy large lots of new, new open–box, end of life, refurbished and select high–end used computer equipment.
What we don't buy:
We DO NOT buy small quantities of low–value product. In general we do not sell or purchase used equipment. The only two exceptions are relatively high–end servers or networking gear and large quantities of relatively current used PC's and notebooks, which are often off lease or being liquidated from a company going out of business.
