Broker/Reseller Returns Policy
All Reseller/Broker returns are handled on a case-by-case basis
Returns Policy – TFL does not accept returns from broker/resellers unless there is a damaged, defective* or incorrect item. Should an item be received which is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact your sales representative for an RMA.
Return Period – Should a unit be received by the client which is damaged, defective or incorrect, the buyer has fifteen (15) days from delivery to contact TFL in writing (email is acceptable) to obtain an RMA number and arrange for the unit to be returned to TFL for another unit of the same make and model (if available). If upon receipt of returned RMA, TFL is unable to verify the customer complaint, a 15% restocking fee will be charged to the buyer in addition to the shipping fees.
RMA Required – Should a unit be received without a valid RMA, or be delivered to TFL more than fifteen (15) days after the issuing of the RMA, the returned unit will be rejected and will be shipped back to the buyer at their expense.*Exclusion would be units sold in an "as-is" state
This information must be included on your P.O.:
- Condition of product must be noted on the P.O
- SKU and individual pricing must be listed in detail on the P.O.
