I purchased a I pod mini 2nd. Gen. And the battery only lasted 2 hours after full charge. I tried this for 5 attempts. I called Tech for less and with no problem they sent me another unit that looks like new and works great. This company is the best, and honest!!!.Thank you again for all you have done for me. Love Tech for less, between all of my family members and friends we have purchased many many products from desktops, laptops, monitors, cameras, Ipod, mice, etc. While I love Tech for Less, don't waste your money on buying an extended warranty from CPS. I purchased my laptop from TFL, 2 months out a key came off, I took it back, NO QUESTIONS ASKED they replaced it with a better laptop with faster processor and more memory. I purchased the extended warranty, after a month the hard drive blew in the computer. It was a horrible nightmare dealing with CPS, finally after weeks they sent a shipping label for the laptop to be evaluated.

I absolutely love my Toshiba Satellite laptop. All though it was a scratch and dent it came with the stuff i needed and im so happy cause it was in such great shape when i got it. It only had a couple scratches here and there but it was not bad at all. This is an amazing laptop and i only got it for 107.97!!! Just make sure it has the main necessities like it needs all you mainly need is the adapter to charge the laptop. I LOVE MY LAPTOP!!!!

I just brought this All in one PC I got superfast delivery ... I am so in love with this pc and at the price I got it for was unbelieveable. I have been searching for a new computer for months. There was a slight error on their listing of the item which resulted in me getting something just slightly other that the description was. I called them right away and not only did they send me out a pre-paid return label by email, they upgraded the item to a higher, more expensive model at no additional cost. Rare to find a company who does business like this now-a-days online. No waiting for customer service and they were very professional.

did a lot of reseach on projector before i came too this one. outstanding colors. had no marks or cracks works like a dream. just sold my 32" hd tv after watching movies on it who need a 32 when you you have a 200" screen and look better. iam doing this review on my projector right now and the pc text is crazy clear. and gaming all i can say is OOOOOOYEY!;) need i say more. shipping and tracking were fast the best! when i call there was no waiting and info was on point. i love techforless and will shop here for all my tech toys.

My old Dell laptop quit on me 2 weeks before online classes ended. So I ended up buying a Samsung laptop and turning my old Dell in to the service department for possible repair. The customer service I received in both the sales department and the service department were outstanding. Kyle and Shawn in service explained what needed to be done to get the old laptop up and running with a detailed quote. I had the repair done, and they actually used an in-store coupon which took 25.- off the repair bill. I am very happy with the customer service I received and will definitely recommend Tech-for -less to my friends and family. 

The prices are always great but this is the first time I've needed customer support for a faulty item. They not only shipped a replacement immediately, but I don't even have to send the damaged unit back! Wow!

I have purchased a few products from you and always have been satisfied.

The product was as advertised (open, never used) with everything in working order as far as I can tell in 30 minutes of playing with it. Although the outer packaging was very worn, the product itself didn't have a mark on it. It appeared that it might have been opened and plugged in via the power adapter, but that's it. All the accessories were present and in pristine condition.

I just bought a new laptop from your company and worked with John. I just wanted you to know what a great experience it was. John is very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and even offered a few answers to questions I hadn't even thought to ask. He was very patient, and I never felt rushed or pressured whatsoever! He really did go above and beyond!... Ordered JACO medical laptop computer cart which is a large, moderately heavy item. Tech for Less employee was considerate enough to contact me with estimated time of delivery. She also advised me to be sure the item arrives w/o damage before I accept delivery. The shipping company, YRC, called to arrange a delivery date and time. My laptop cart arrived in great condition, no damage. I am more than satisfied with this transaction. This is the first time I have ordered anything from Tech For Less. I bought a "open box" item. (mophie juicepack air) for my iphone. When I recieved the item, it wouldn't work.. There was a loose port, status lights wouldnt come on, wouldnt charge, etc.. When I emailed you guys about my problem, I was adressed no later than 1 hour from sending me email. No questions asked, you sent me a NEW juicepack as a replacement, I wasn't required to send the non-working one back, AND my new one was shipped out the same day I sent my email. That was on a friday. I recieved my new item on moday. Works perfectly and is brand new! I would definatley reccommend tech for less to anyone looking for electronics online. I have bought a few items from Tech For Less in the last few years. The items themselves are of high quality and rarely do I need customer service. However, on those occasions that I have needed help from Tech For Less they have been outstanding! 

Bought a camera just before a major trip; due to a mix-up, the camera could not get here in time for the trip. They fixed the problem. I had a good experience with Tech for less that seemed reasonable to pass along. Shortly more than a year ago, I ordered an open box Canon EOS 40D digital camera with the kit 28-135 canon lens. The item was priced nearly 50% below original manufacturer MSRP. Being a non-current model, inventory was running low at other majors like Adorama and B&H. I called in advance of ordering the item to discuss what was / wasn't in the box. Salesperson Sean was exceptionally hepful in noting the the kit was missing Canon's photo editing software, which, being a photoshop user, I was able to live without. Transaction was completed over the phone, and within 14 hours the item shipped and a UPS groundtrack # was provided as an e-mail follow-up. I am nearly 10k shutter actuations into ownership with the 40D and remain very pleased with the camer's overall performance. I would not hesitate to order from Tech for less again.

The Sony DVDirect VRD-MC6 is a great product. I've seen several products over the past two years that would transfer vhs tapes to dvd but there were too many conflicting reviews. I saw this sony on QVC at a higher price and almost bought it until I found it on tech for less. I've been very successful at copying my tapes and am very pleased to finally have them on dvd instead of disintegrating and taking up a lot of space. Thank you Tim for your great customer service.

this is my first time doing business with Techforless, and i am somewhat not happy with it. i have ordered a TV and waited for a week. the TV deliver, but it is a mal-function TV. i called and Techforless send me a different one.

The customer service at Tech For Less goes above and beyond making sure that you are happy! I ordered an open box boombox from them and the first they sent me was defective, so I called and they immediately sent me another one, without the hassle of having to return the first one. Now I have a great boombox for a fraction of the cost it would have costed me if it were new out of package. I will definitely buy from you guys again! :) 

I bought a "scratch and dent" Kodak C180 camera to replace my wife's C180 that was dropped in the pool. I was going to swap the insides out if the "scratch and dent" was as bad as I expected. My wife's camera dried out before the new one arrived and I was thinking about just returning the new one when it arrived, or refusing delivery. When the "scratch and dent" arrived, I almost passed out; The camera was in better condition than my wife's 3 month old one. I couldn't find a "scratch" OR "dent" anywhere on it. All cables and even fresh batteries were in the open box! I used a little lacquer thinner to remove some label glue and now you can't tell the difference between the two cameras side-by-side. The "old" one cost me $80.00 three months ago, the "new" one cost me $37.00. I'm telling everyone about this site.... 

Hello--I must say, initially, when I purchased a camera, and didn't receive all that was included, I thought I would just receive the 'run-around'?!....Nothing could be further from the truth. I phoned Tech for Less twice. The second time I called, Don, in customer service answered my call and it BECAME my lucky day!! Don, although frustrated at times, maintained his composure and completely and totally assisted me by fulfilling the sale obligation and securing the companies reputation above and beyond my expectations. Additionally, it was discovered that the problem was through no fault of 'Tech For Less', but Amazon. Regardless of who was at fault, Don fixed everything and is my 'HERO'! I promise I will purchase whatever I need from Tech For Less to show my appreciation to Don and the company! Tech for Less is ABOVE the rest!!! There's your new slogan.... Oh, I'll give infinite referrals too!!
