I just brought this All in one PC I got superfast delivery ... I am so in love with this pc and at the price I got it for was unbelieveable. I have been searching for a new computer for months. I knew I wanted a new desktop (I''m not into laptops) but I wanted the all in one, the touchscreen but I couldn''t afford a brand new one. WRONG....I brought this one without breaking the bank. There was a slight error on their listing of the item which resulted in me getting something just slightly other that the description was. I called them right away and not only did they send me out a pre-paid return label by email, they upgraded the item to a higher, more expensive model at no additional cost. Rare to find a company who does business like this now-a-days online. No waiting for customer service and they were very professional.

did a lot of reseach on projector before i came too this one. outstanding colors. had no marks or cracks works like a dream. just sold my 32" hd tv after watching movies on it who need a 32 when you you have a 200" screen and look better. iam doing this review on my projector right now and the pc text is crazy clear. and gaming all i can say is OOOOOOYEY!;) need i say more. shipping and tracking were fast the best! when i call there was no waiting and info was on point. i love techforless and will shop here for all my tech toys.

My old Dell laptop quit on me 2 weeks before online classes ended. So I ended up buying a Samsung laptop and turning my old Dell in to the service department for possible repair. The customer service I received in both the sales department and the service department were outstanding. Kyle and Shawn in service explained what needed to be done to get the old laptop up and running with a detailed quote. I had the repair done, and they actually used an in-store coupon which took 25.- off the repair bill. I am very happy with the customer service I received and will definitely recommend Tech-for -less to my friends and family. 

The prices are always great but this is the first time I've needed customer support for a faulty item. They not only shipped a replacement immediately, but I don't even have to send the damaged unit back! Wow!  

I have used Tech For Less for the last 5 years and I have always been extremely pleased with my purchases. My last purchase unfortunatley had a manufacture defect. I have purchased a few products from you and always have been satisfied.

The product was as advertised (open, never used) with everything in working order as far as I can tell in 30 minutes of playing with it. Although the outer packaging was very worn, the product itself didn't have a mark on it. It appeared that it might have been opened and plugged in via the power adapter, but that's it. All the accessories were present and in pristine condition.

I just bought a new laptop from your company and worked with John. I just wanted you to know what a great experience it was. John is very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and even offered a few answers to questions I hadn't even thought to ask. He was very patient, and I never felt rushed or pressured whatsoever! He really did go above and beyond!... Ordered JACO medical laptop computer cart which is a large, moderately heavy item. Tech for Less employee was considerate enough to contact me with estimated time of delivery. She also advised me to be sure the item arrives w/o damage before I accept delivery. The shipping company, YRC, called to arrange a delivery date and time. My laptop cart arrived in great condition, no damage. I am more than satisfied with this transaction. This is the first time I have ordered anything from Tech For Less. I am very impressed with how they treated me as a customer. Item was offered at a very good price, shipped in a timely manner and arrived in excellent condition. I recently began looking for a laptop and the same day I began looking I purchased a laptop from Tech for Less because I am an impulsive buyer. Their price for the product was good and I decided to go ahead and get it. Unfortunately, because I made such a quick decision I realized that it was a very impulsive move to spend that much money without having really shopped around very much. I bought a "open box" item. (mophie juicepack air) for my iphone. When I recieved the item, it wouldn't work.. There was a loose port, status lights wouldnt come on, wouldnt charge, etc.. When I emailed you guys about my problem, I was adressed no later than 1 hour from sending me email. No questions asked, you sent me a NEW juicepack as a replacement, I wasn't required to send the non-working one back, AND my new one was shipped out the same day I sent my email. That was on a friday. I recieved my new item on moday. Works perfectly and is brand new! I would definatley reccommend tech for less to anyone looking for electronics online. I had a good experience with Tech for less that seemed reasonable to pass along. Shortly more than a year ago, I ordered an open box Canon EOS 40D digital camera with the kit 28-135 canon lens. The item was priced nearly 50% below original manufacturer MSRP. Being a non-current model, inventory was running low at other majors like Adorama and B&H. I called in advance of ordering the item to discuss what was / wasn't in the box. Salesperson Sean was exceptionally hepful in noting the the kit was missing Canon's photo editing software, which, being a photoshop user, I was able to live without. Transaction was completed over the phone, and within 14 hours the item shipped and a UPS groundtrack # was provided as an e-mail follow-up. I am nearly 10k shutter actuations into ownership with the 40D and remain very pleased with the camer's overall performance. I would not hesitate to order from Tech for less again.

The Sony DVDirect VRD-MC6 is a great product. I've seen several products over the past two years that would transfer vhs tapes to dvd but there were too many conflicting reviews. I saw this sony on QVC at a higher price and almost bought it until I found it on tech for less. I've been very successful at copying my tapes and am very pleased to finally have them on dvd instead of disintegrating and taking up a lot of space. Thank you Tim for your great customer service.

this is my first time doing business with Techforless, and i am somewhat not happy with it. i have ordered a TV and waited for a week. the TV deliver, but it is a mal-function TV. i called and Techforless send me a different one.

on my 3rd laptop order. extremely pleased with each one. all packaging has been original, all components included. I have been building computers for 9 yrs, and ordered from just about every place online avail. Eveything I have ordered here is just as good quality wise, and the service is by far better. I like the layout and the fact that they are all refurbished. I have had great luck with refurbished computers. I purchase them for kids in school and for friends on special occassions. It is worth the price and they work perfectly.

The customer service at Tech For Less goes above and beyond making sure that you are happy! I ordered an open box boombox from them and the first they sent me was defective, so I called and they immediately sent me another one, without the hassle of having to return the first one. Now I have a great boombox for a fraction of the cost it would have costed me if it were new out of package. I will definitely buy from you guys again! :) 

I bought a "scratch and dent" Kodak C180 camera to replace my wife's C180 that was dropped in the pool. I was going to swap the insides out if the "scratch and dent" was as bad as I expected. My wife's camera dried out before the new one arrived and I was thinking about just returning the new one when it arrived, or refusing delivery. When the "scratch and dent" arrived, I almost passed out; The camera was in better condition than my wife's 3 month old one. I couldn't find a "scratch" OR "dent" anywhere on it. All cables and even fresh batteries were in the open box! I used a little lacquer thinner to remove some label glue and now you can't tell the difference between the two cameras side-by-side. The "old" one cost me $80.00 three months ago, the "new" one cost me $37.00. I'm telling everyone about this site.... 

Hello--I must say, initially, when I purchased a camera, and didn't receive all that was included, I thought I would just receive the 'run-around'?!....Nothing could be further from the truth. I phoned Tech for Less twice. The second time I called, Don, in customer service answered my call and it BECAME my lucky day!! Don, although frustrated at times, maintained his composure and completely and totally assisted me by fulfilling the sale obligation and securing the companies reputation above and beyond my expectations. Additionally, it was discovered that the problem was through no fault of 'Tech For Less', but Amazon. Regardless of who was at fault, Don fixed everything and is my 'HERO'! The camera I ordered has arrived and I am very pleased. Previously I had a Cannon A1000is that found it's way in to a cooler on the way back from a picnic. This is and up grade from that I used it at a concert worked very well. Thank you!!

I got 2 Bluetooth Speakerphone kits for my car and truck to use with my iPhone for handsfree talking and they work great and the price was the best. However I had a problem with one and contacted them about a replacement, they said I'll send a new one right away and there's no need to return the defective one ! I bought a document camera from techforless as a gift for my daughter. It arrived promptly. When I checked it out, it worked perfectly. I too was wary buying an open box product from a website I hadn't shopped with before but my fears were totally unfounded. When I had a problem with my product breaking just days upon receipt due to a design problem the only question asked was would you like a replacement or a refund? I found Tech for Less via Google and I was a bit wary at first, esp. since their advertised price for an open box was 60% off refurb or even used prices...I haven't had a chance to really put the camera to some use, but I am very pleased with my purchase...There are some fine scratches on the LCD, but other than that, it looks brand new. I just need to make sure that the camera takes as good of pictures as my previous W150, but so far, I am very happy with my camera and with Tech for Less. I would definitely buy from them again.

I purchased an open box Digital Prism 9 inch tv. I couldn't be more pleased with the tv and your company. The tv and contents all looked and worked like brand new retail. The retail box was shipped in another box, surrounded with plastic air pockets. All contents and manuals in tact. Very, very pleased with the whole transaction. You have another customer for life. The small computer I returned was to slow for what I needed it for. Your customer service is excellent on returning products. I also several months ago bought a 52 inch Samsung LCD from you and love it. It arrived undamaged and it has one of the greatest pictures I and all my friends and relatives have every seen. Its a pleasure to do business with you and will continue to do so.

I discovered tech for less while surfing the net. I especially like their international shipping. I purchased 3 items. All were expedited quickly and received within a few days. I saved 886.30 on what i ordered compared to retail. I am a customer for life now. I have told many of my family members and friends state side. 

Fisrst let me say, service is tops, both before and after. Having gone fron manual focus 35mm straight to auto focus digital. I missed having that 35mm auto focus step. Got a chance to purchase about 700.00 worth of camera and leneses for 150.00. What more can I say. Now I can look at Tech 4 less for that digital slr. 

My Husband, Dave, and I (mostly Dave, as I'm not too computer literate) have been going to Tech for Less for many years. We have bought computers, laptops, phones, Wi products, etc., and had diagnostics and repairs done by Shawn in their Service Department. We've always been satisfied. It's the best!!

I purchased an HP 1215 color laser printer and recieved it very fast, however, the CD software was missing from the package. I called and explained the problem and it was resolved in less than a minute. Amazing customer service. I will definitely shop from tech 4 less again. 

I am soooo happy with the service and the product I obtained from Techforless. When the power adapter for my laptop was shipped, the power cord was "removed" in customs. I wrote to customer service, they asked a few questions and sent out a replacement cord free of charge. The adapter works great at a fantastic price. I am a very satisfied customer. 

I've waited to order an HP mini untill I found one under $200 that came with a factory refurbished HP guarantee. Tech for Less had one that cost less than that with shipping included. I am pleased with the condition and quality of the netbook. It is near new quality. Thanks.

I took a chance. I thought there's no way this item will work- not with this unbelievably great price, even for a "Scratch'n Dent" item! I HAD to try it, though, just because... the shipping was reasonable and the delivery was fast. It arrived yesterday. I have to tell you that yesterday was an awful day, and I figured after THIS day it REALLY won't work. And lo and behold... it works beautifully! I am crowing and recommending Tech for Less to all my co-workers today! Thanks for making an abysmally bad day downright GOOD!!!
