Tech for Less has outstanding speed of order processing, shipping and above all customer service. Recently ordered two LCD monitors. One is perfect, but there was a problem with the other one and Tech for Less processed my return, over the phone, in two minutes! Plus they're paying for the return shipping. (When is it ever this easy? :)

They made a great effort to help, and gave me very favorable options to resolve the issue. Needless to say this could have been a bad experience, but they handled it well. I placed my first order with you folks a few weeks ago and frankly I was a little concerned about doing bussiness on the internet for fear that if something went wrong I would never get it fixed. As luck would have it my computer did have a problem with the monitor output and I sent an Email explaining it. within a few hours I got a return Email saying a replacement unit was on its way and instructions for a prepaid return of the first unit. As it turn out, the problem was on the UPS side of the equation, not on your side; but two of your customer service agents were very helpful in facilitating a resolution to a delivery problem: the first in arranging an expedited replacement shipment and the second it working with UPS to avert what appeared to be a repeat of the problem with delivery of the first shipment. I want to particularly commend Virginia, who helped the second time round and followed-up to make sure the shipment finally got delivered. Though my order was not a large one, the service made the good price even sweeter, despite the difficulties on the delivery end. |

Thanks Erik for your help. I received my Scratch and Dent Pioneer PDP42 and it was just as described and worked perfectly. The open box Sony upconverting DVD and flat screen tilt wall mount that I ordered with it were like new. I have a very nice system for $900, less than half of what it would have cost elsewhere.

I bought a "used" Gateway laptop in-store (which was a little difficult to find) but the service was instant and outstanding, the laptop was gorgeous and in new packaging with everything still sealed and the price beat the nearest brick retailer by $300! I just received my samsung 5054 plasma open box tv. Everything looks great! Super fast delivery as promised with great delivery people! What an awesome deal i got! Received the Sanyo VPC-HD2 yesterday by UPS. I don't know how you can call this "open-box", but probably says volumns about your company's integrity. Not only was the factory box sealed, but everything was not only inside, but it looked factory-packed. I'm really happy with this camera and purchase experience...It's will be on its way to Australia with us on our trip there in one-week! |
