Ordered a Sigma 24-70 f2.8 EX GD for Nikon, first one came in defective, and [contacted] support team and received a quick response. Customer support quickly resent a replacement and the means to return the defective lens evem before receiving the defective one. The 2nd lens was received in perfect condition. Customer service was superb!

This was my first purchase with TFL. Buying an open box Epson NX300 had me a little concerned, but if it is, in fact new, and warranteed, plus the price was outstanding, I had to take a chance. It arrived in about 4 days and was packed in the Epson factory box. The box had a few 'dings', but was intact. I immediately opened it, inspected it for damage- none found. Then I set it up and installed the drivers and ran it through its functions. Everything worked flawlessly. Whew! Boy was I relieved. I ordered an Open Box netbook from tech for less. My shopping card indicated that I would receive my merchandise is 3-7 days as it was shipping UPS ground. I ordered on Monday afternoon and received my item on Wednesday afternoon. I am VERY pleased with my merchandise. I purchased a Sigma 70-200mm f2.8 lens for Nikon at over $300 under competitors prices. This was an open box item. I received the lens in 4 days apparently in like new condition all packaging was intact and the box had the factory seal .They also have incredible deals on Tamron and Quantaray lenses.I think I will be ordering another soon (28-70mm?).

Four years ago, I got my first Wacom tablet, and was sad to see it come to an end with wear and tear this past summer. Being that I've been in sort of a financial squeeze with current situations, I knew I didn't have the funds to purchase a brand new tablet at the moment. AND as it is, I wanted one like the Graphire I had, instead of paying for an unneeded updated one. This was the ONLY site I've really found them at, unless I wanted to pay double or TRIPLE the price on Amazon! GREAT SITE. Great customer service -- promptness and policies. You've won me over as a repeat customer! I ordered a refurb LCD TV, but when it arrived it was damaged. Stuff happens. Electronically it still worked fine, but it needed significant repair to the case to allow mounting. The same day that I reported the problem, TechForLess customer service responded with 3 options: Return for refund, return for exchange, or rebate of 20%. No questions asked! Being an avid DIY'er, I opted for the 3rd option. A recent similar event with one of TFL's competitors didn't turn out so well. Their competitor wanted me to purchase a 2nd unit before they would even issue an RA number for the first defective unit.  

You have very, very good customer service ... I called with a problem and received a reply and replacement the same day. You have a customer for life. Other companies need to learn from this. 

I can only say good things about TechForLess. My two recent purchases were two of the best 'deals' I have ever found anywhere. Both orders arrived (as has everything I have ever ordered from them) on time and in perfect condition, just as described. I'm a customer for life.  

I ordered an open item and it arrived broken (shippping damage???). I called Tech For Less and they made all of the arrangements to have the shipment sent back to them. They are overly courteous, and their no hassle return policy is unlike anything I have ever seen in my 60-years of life! I am sorry that I could not get another like item (none in stock), but these folks are TRULY REPUTABLE and I will buy from them again. 

I purchased a refurbished Logitech Pure-Fi Anywhere 2. When I got the item, I found that it didn't charge my iPhone 3GS and that the battery itself wasn't charging past the first bar. I called them up and they immediately shipped out a *brand new* Logitech Pure-Fi Anywhere 2 to me and sent me a return UPS label to send the defective item back. I got the new item only one day after I sent back the old one. It didn't cost me a dime more than my original purchase!! These days, that is amazing service! I will definitely be making more future purchases at techforless.com! 

I purchased a Nikon coolpix camera and it was missing some accessories. I contacted the customer service number and they understood completely and told me they had the items in stock and were gonna ship them out and I should get them by Friday! There was no hassel or arguing involved. This was my first time dealing with this company and I usually don't write reviews but I was just so takin back by the excellent customer service I received! I will definetely shop at Tech for Less again! 

I purchased a lens for my son and when it arrived, it was locked into the micro setting wouldn't fully extend. I called customer service, explained the problem and was given the option of a full refund or an exchange. I opted to exchange the lens and was emailed a shipping lebel with 5 minutes and a new lens was shipped to me the same day.This is why I do business with Tech for Less. GREA T CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! 

I am not sure why I waited so long to write this. However after seeing all these other great reveiws I felt compelled. I purchased 2 samsung bluetooth devices, after recvg. them I charged them and neither of them worked, I contacted tech4less and expected a restocking fee and the usual issues with online purchases. Well they told me that they would replace them with a different produt at no additional cost to me and to just throw out the original ones purchased. Well I am back again for my next purchase. We purchased a logitech laser mouse from Tech for Less a couple of weeks ago. The shipment arrived quickly and was packed well. However, the first mouse didn't work well. I made one phone call and had a new mouse delivered in less than one week. Now that is customer service! I would highly recommend this company. I purchased a refurbished tv before I moved and didn't take it out of the box (I tested it once and then put it away). Two months later I moved and plugged it in. Unfortunately about two weeks later it stopped working. I was outside of my tech for less warantee and they STILL helped me. Customer support was incredibly helpful and even remembered me when I called back! They fixed my issue very quickly. I own a tv and a monitor from them and will continue to make all of my electronics purchases from them! 

I purchased 2 SFF Dells from these guys. Had a problem with the first one and they sent me another one ASAP NO PROB. Had a prob with the hard drive in the second one and they sent me a new hard drive ... no prob. Good job guys A+

I had some anxiety about ordering an "open box" item, worrying that it would be damaged or parts would be missing. I was told by the salesman that I would be quite pleased with my purchase, and I was. I ordered an expensive light meter which arrived very quickly. It was mint, although the box was dented. Everything was in the box exept the instruction manual, which was easily downloaded from the Sekonic website. So, I got a new light meter for the cost of a used one on the auction sites. What a deal! Highly recommended.

Tech For Less stands by their customer satisfaction guarantee! I ordered a camera case from them. The description stated that my make and model camera would fit in this case. When I recieved it, I was disapointed to find that the case was too small. I notified the customer service. They were VERY apologetic and were eager to resolve the issue. They sent me a new camera case that was the size I needed without any futher cost to me. I am impressed with this company and will purchase from them again!

I purchased a TomTom One GPS a couple of weeks ago. Once I received the device it did not work. I contacted Tech 4 Less about the problem and within days Matt contacted me with the option of a refund or finding a similar item on the website. We were extremely satisfied with the products we received. I didn't realize the transmitter wouldn't come with a manual (I think it was an open box item), but it only took about five minutes of fiddling to figure out how to use it. Tech for Less is a Hobbyists Dream! I am known as Mr Fix It, and with the Non Functional items I have been able to hone my skills by buying costly items for pennies on the dollar and getting some great "fix it projects" aswell as a cheap way to acquire parts to repair other items...

I have to say that when I ordered from tech for less I received the absolute best deal I have ever gotten. I was even more amazed when they shipped the product and it was in better condition then I expected. They have by far exceeded my expectations and I'm excited for the next purchase i decide to make here.  

When I buy something online, I always worry that it might not work ... and I'll have to go through the hassle of trying to talk the seller into a refund or replacement and shipping the defective piece back at my own expense. I believe that when you get customer service as great as I received at Tech For Less you should take the time to write about it. I received a gaming mouse from Tech For Less (received it a day before it was even supposed to get here at the earliest!). It worked fine, but I was not fully satisfied with the condition it was in. I decided to email Tech For Less reluctantly, thinking I would have to battle customer support for weeks and probably would get nothing. WRONG. Just minutes after my email I got a call from Sue at Tech For Less. She professed to being a gamer herself and said she would never be satisfied with a performance mouse that was not in optimal condition and immediately offered to replace or refund the mouse. I was stunned and elated! Thank you Sue and Tech For Less! I am looking for a new monitor and now I know who I will buy it from, as I feel safe buying even Refurbished products from a company that is so adamant about fulfilling their customer's expectations! 

I purchased a 37 inch Sharp open box item. It had a fine picture and worked fine except it had a very faint shadow across the middle of the screen. I contacted customer service and they promptley sent another unit and provided a UPS label for the return item. I give this company an excellent grade for customer service.

Over all, I feel that I am happy with the service Techforless provides to customers. I faced battery problem in Sony Viao and operating system got corrupted. when I approached Brian, he helped in providing the CD with windows vista for reinstalling/fixing the operating system. when I bought TV also, I noticed that there was a breakage of TV in transit and Brian replaced with another tv. I feel that TECHFORLESS is the best for after sales service and they do care for real customer problems. Not to mention that the prices are good.

I just purchased an Ipod Itouch 16G 'open box' for what I thought was a great price after shopping around for a long time. It has arrived and is wonderful.
